The Chairperson of the National Movement, Tina Bokuchava, and the party’s Political Secretary, Giorgi Baramidze, met with the President of Moldova, Maia Sandu, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mihai Popsoi, the National Movement report.
According to Tina Bokuchava, it is necessary to redouble efforts on the foreign front in order to ensure that Georgia is not removed from the international agenda.
“We met with both Maia Sandu and the Minister of Foreign Affairs. To celebrate Moldova’s Independence Day and support the country’s European integration, all three leaders of the Weimar Triangle – President Macron, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Chancellor Merz – are here in Chisinau, confirming that the European Union is making every effort to ensure Moldova’s accession to the European Union, which is the main guarantor of peace, freedom and European prosperity in the European space. Today, Ivanishvili’s criminal gang is depriving us of this opportunity, while in Europe they are waiting for us, the Georgian people are also waiting for us, and this opportunity is within our reach, which is why it is necessary to redouble our efforts on the foreign front to ensure that Georgia is not removed from the international agenda, and also within the country, and by synchronizing these processes, we can achieve a regime change and return Georgia to the path of European integration,” Tina Bokuchava said.
