**Protests Continue on Rustaveli Avenue**
People have been gathering on Rustaveli Avenue for 26 days. They are blocking traffic. The protesters want two things: the release of citizens arrested during the protests and new elections.
The large-scale protests started because of a decision made by Georgian Dream on November 28. They said Georgia would not talk to the European Union about joining them until the end of 2028.
