**Mzia Amaghlobeli to Return to Prison?**
The head of the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association, Nona Kurdovanidze, said that Mzia Amaghlobeli will have additional medical exams today. Amaghlobeli is the founder of “Batumelebi” and “Netgazeti.”
Kurdovanidze visited Amaghlobeli at Vivamedi and told journalists that her position remains the same – she wants to be returned to prison. Amaghlobeli has been on a hunger strike for 30 days.
**Amaghlobeli’s Demand**
Mzia Amaghlobeli is demanding to be taken back to prison after finishing her medical exams. If the necessary tests are done, she believes she should no longer be kept at Vivamedi and be transferred back to prison. The decision will depend on the results of the medical examinations.
**Physical Condition**
Amaghlobeli is physically weak after 30 days without food or water. However, she feels relatively better than a few days ago. She thinks returning to prison is possible, but the decision must be based on medical analysis, not just her personal desire.
**Monitoring and Complaint**
A representative of the Public Defender visits Amaghlobeli periodically in prison and at Vivamedi. The GYLA also plans to file a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights regarding Mzia Amaghlobeli’s case.
