**Georgian Government Accused of Double Standards**
The Georgian government is being criticized for its handling of the past. Davit Berdzenishvili, a politician, says that when his party was in power, they did not speak out against the opposition.
In 2012, Kobakhidze and Mdinaradze, two important politicians at the time, remained silent. No ordinary members of their party, “Georgian Dream”, took action against the opposition either. They didn’t even try to fight against the opposition party, “United National Movement”.
**A Changing Political Climate**
It seems that now, when the situation has changed and the tables have turned, it’s too late to hold past governments accountable. Berdzenishvili is pointing out this double standard in the government’s behavior. He wants people to remember how things were back then.
