According to their statement, an investigation conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs established that the accused illegally acquired and possessed the narcotic substance “MDMA,” weighing 4.41548 grams.
“The Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia will appeal, through appellate proceedings, the Tbilisi City Court’s decision, which found the accused not guilty of illegally acquiring and possessing a particularly large amount of a narcotic substance.
Law enforcement officers arrested the accused on December 7, 2024. He was charged with the illegal acquisition and possession of a particularly large amount of a narcotic substance.
An investigation conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs established that the accused illegally acquired and possessed the narcotic substance ‘MDMA’ (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine) weighing 4.41548 grams,” the statement reads.
