Giorgi Khaindrava, former Deputy Minister of Defense, Vladimer Gudushauri, former head of the Procurement Department, and Vasil Mkheidze, brother-in-law of then-Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze, will appear before the court.

Mkheidze is accused of assisting in this embezzlement, allegedly working with Khaindrava and Gudushauri to carry out the scheme. The investigation claims that the three men abused their official authority to commit the crime.
