**Ukrainian President Blasts Putin Over Missile Threat**
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has strongly criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is after Putin suggested testing a new Russian missile on Kyiv.
Zelenskyy used strong language to describe Putin and his team as “psychos”. He also said that Putin shows no care for human lives.
**Russia’s Missile Plans**
In November, Russia attacked the city of Dnipro with an intermediate-range ballistic missile. The Oreshnik missile can carry multiple warheads. Since then, Russian leaders have been talking about this missile a lot. They seem to think it’s very powerful.
But some experts say Putin’s interest in the Oreshnik might mean he is looking for a way out of his aggressive nuclear policies. These policies are starting to lose credibility.
