**Serbian President Warns of Potential War in Bosnia**

The presidents of Serbia and the Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik and Aleksandar Vucic, met in Belgrade on Thursday to discuss the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to Vucic, he expressed deep concern over the state of affairs in BiH, saying that Dodik’s worries about potential armed conflicts were justified. Vucic also stated that Serbia remains committed to dialogue as a key way to resolve disputes, but noted that responses from Sarajevo had not been what he had hoped for.

**Vucic Accuses Sarajevo of Using Europe Against RS**

The Serbian President accused authorities in Sarajevo of using the European Union as a “Trojan horse” to destroy Republika Srpska. He claimed that Sarajevo was trying to weaken RS through its alignment with the EU, and that this had always been fueled by an emotional narrative of revenge for Srebrenica.

Vucic also warned that European powers might try to distance themselves from international conflicts, particularly regarding Russia, which could impact regional stability. He accused authorities in Sarajevo of trying to destroy RS through a “colour revolution” in Serbia.

**RS Signs Controversial Laws**

Just a day after the meeting, Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik signed decrees bringing into force a series of controversial laws that effectively prohibit state institutions from operating in RS territory. These laws have been criticized by the EU and other international organizations for posing a serious risk to Bosnia’s stability.

**RS National Assembly Meets to Discuss New Constitution**

Meanwhile, RS National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandic has scheduled a meeting of political party representatives to discuss drafting a new Constitution for Republika Srpska. Several opposition parties have refused to participate in the meeting.
