**Ukrainian Commercials Director Killed in Russia’s War**
Vitalii Kokoshko, a well-known Ukrainian director of commercials, was killed in the ongoing war with Russia. His daughter, Olha Kokoshko, made the announcement on Facebook on February 25.
Kokoshko had joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces at the beginning of the full-scale invasion in February 2022. He served in the 72nd Mechanized Brigade, which defended Kyiv during the first days of the war and later relocated to Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.
**A Devastating Loss**
In her Facebook post, Olha Kokoshko described her father as a man with a great heart and soul. She expressed gratitude for the support of their loved ones and asked for continued backing in these difficult times.
The soldier’s daughter did not specify how or where he was killed, stating only that it occurred within his brigade’s unit. Vitalii Kokoshko was 58 years old at the time of his death.
**A Respected Figure in Ukrainian Advertising**
As a director and producer, Vitalii Kokoshko had made over 400 commercials during his career. In 1998, he founded the Kinograf advertising agency, which earned numerous awards. Some of his notable achievements include:
