**Ukrainian Company Secures Funding for Tethered Drone Technology**
A Ukrainian company called Huless has received over $1 million in funding. This money will help the company grow and develop its tethered drone technology.
Huless makes a special kind of drone called the Highline-T. It can fly for up to four hours at heights of up to 100 meters, even without using GPS signals. The main job of this drone is to extend communication range.
The drone stays connected to the ground via a cable that provides constant power and data connection. This means it can work independently of electronic interference.
Huless plans to use the funding to expand its market presence and develop its technology for military communications. The drones will be used as mobile aerial antennas, improving the range and safety of military operations.
The funding came from private investors who met with Huless at a defense innovation summit in Ukraine. This investment will help create an ecosystem of mobile military communications, with Highline-T drones being a key part of it.
