Russia and Ukraine have made progress in returning children to their families.
Nine children were sent back home through Qatar’s help, says Maria Lvova-Belova, Russia’s official for kids’ rights. She announced this on Wednesday.
According to Lvova-Belova, seven of the children returned to Ukraine from Russia. At the same time, two boys who claimed they were Russian were taken by Russia.
