**Conditions of Sale**

The new owner must commit to keeping all 66 employees employed for the next six months. This is part of the government’s effort to protect workers during privatization.

**Recent Privatizations**

Ukraine has recently sold other state-owned assets, such as Hotel Ukraina and UMCC-Titanium, a titanium producer giant. These sales have raised money for the government and shown that privatization can be successful.
