A Russian drone strike hit an apartment building in the southern Ukrainian port city of Odesa overnight, leaving five people injured and several others displaced. The injuries included two children, a 7-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl, who were hospitalized after being poisoned by combustion products. Three adults also received medical aid on the site.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that 50 people were evacuated from the building, and photos posted on their Facebook page showed rescuers carrying children out of a multi-story apartment building on fire.
