**Russian Attacks on Ukraine Kill 12 Civilians**
Over the past day, Russian attacks across Ukrainian oblasts have killed at least 12 civilians and injured at least six. Regional authorities reported this on February 21.
**Many Drones Launched Against Ukraine**
Russia launched 160 Shahed-type attack drones and decoy drones against Ukraine overnight. The Air Force said that 87 of these drones were shot down, while 70 failed to cause any damage.
**Cities Hit by Russian Attacks**
In the Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, two men aged 57 and 73 were killed, and a woman was injured. Two enterprises, several shops, and high-rise buildings were damaged.
Seven people were killed and two were injured in Russian attacks against Donetsk Oblast. An airstrike against Kostiantynivka killed five people and injured one.
In Kherson Oblast, two people were killed and two were injured during Russian attacks. Fifteen houses and a multi-story building were damaged.
**Other Attacks**
A man was killed in Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and a woman was injured in Bilenke. In Mykolaivka, two more people were reported killed, and one civilian was injured in Pokrovsk.
