**Russian Attacks on Ukraine Leave 3 Dead and 19 Injured**

Over the past 24 hours, Russian attacks have caused devastation across Ukraine, resulting in the loss of at least three civilian lives and injuring 19 others. The brutal assault is a grim reminder of Russia’s continued refusal to agree to an unconditional ceasefire.

According to Ukraine’s Air Force, Russian forces launched an unprecedented 108 Shahed-type attack drones, decoy drones, and rocket-powered kamikaze drones overnight. Despite air defenses shooting down 82 drones, 26 managed to strike 10 locations across the country. The intercepts resulted in debris falling on eight additional areas.

**Civilians Pay the Price**

The impact of Russian attacks was felt in various regions of Ukraine. In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, two civilians were killed as a result of 545 strikes carried out by Russian forces on 14 towns and villages. Governor Ivan Fedorov condemned the attacks, emphasizing the disproportionate use of force.

In Donetsk Oblast, 10 civilians were injured during Russian attacks, with Governor Vadym Filashkin urging residents to remain vigilant. Five people were also injured in Kharkiv Oblast, including residents of Kharkiv and surrounding settlements, according to Governor Oleh Syniehubov.

A single fatality was reported in Kherson Oblast, where Russian attacks damaged three apartment buildings and 15 houses. Targets included both social infrastructure and residential areas. The strikes on this region also left one person injured.

In Sumy Oblast, three people were injured as a result of nearly 110 attacks carried out by Russian forces on 47 settlements, according to local authorities.

**Escalating Attacks**

The relentless barrage by Russian forces comes as Moscow continues its refusal to agree to an unconditional ceasefire. The escalation in drone and rocket-powered munitions usage has taken a devastating toll on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure.

As the situation remains dire, international pressure is mounting on Russia to reconsider its stance on a ceasefire. The world watches with growing concern, hoping for a peaceful resolution to this protracted conflict.
