**Russian Attacks Kill Three, Injure 17 in Ukraine**
Over the past day, Russian attacks on multiple Ukrainian regions killed at least three civilians and injured at least 17. Regional authorities reported this on February 11.
The attacks targeted several areas, including Kherson Oblast, where two people were killed and six injured. Six high-rise buildings and 12 houses were damaged in the region.
In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Russian forces launched heavy drone and artillery attacks, injuring at least four people. Dozens of houses, high-rise buildings, and other buildings were damaged across the region.
**Drone Strikes Cause Damage**
Ukrainian air defenses shot down 57 drones across 11 oblasts, while 64 others were lost without causing damage. The drones included Shahed-type combat and decoy drones launched by Russia overnight.
The attacks also targeted gas production facilities in Poltava Oblast, damaging Naftogaz facilities and leaving nine settlements without a gas supply. However, no casualties were reported.
**Other Developments**
Ukrainian officials are working to address funding issues with international partners. Funding for at least five projects has been frozen due to payment disruptions.
The Ukrainian military is offering “special contracts” to recruited volunteers aged 18 to 24, who will be exempt from mobilization. The contracts include a number of benefits, including a Hr 1 million annual salary and free higher education.
**Ukraine’s Steel Industry Affected**
First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko said that the decision to impose tariffs on Russian steel imports will affect Ukraine’s steel industry.
The attack has further strained Ukraine’s energy grid, with gas infrastructure being targeted overnight and into the morning.
