**Ukraine: Russian Attacks Kill Three Civilians, Injure 12**
Russian attacks across Ukraine have caused harm to civilians. According to regional authorities, at least three people were killed and 12 others injured over the past day.
**Air Defenses Successful**
The Ukrainian air defenses successfully shot down 90 of the 174 drones launched by Russia overnight. Seventy decoy drones disappeared from radar without causing damage.
**Regional Breakdown**
In Donetsk Oblast, one civilian was killed in Myrnohrad and another injured in Siversk. In Kharkiv Oblast, five civilians were injured during Russian attacks. An airstrike in Kupiansk damaged 22 houses and injured a 57-year-old man.
**Other Regions Affected**
One civilian was killed and three others injured during Russian strikes in Kherson Oblast. A drone attack in Odesa Oblast injured a woman and damaged several buildings, leaving around 500 consumers without power. In Sumy Oblast, one person was killed and two others injured during mortar attacks.
**Power Outages**
Drone attacks in Poltava Oblast led to emergency power outages, affecting almost 1,100 consumers in the Kremenchuk district. Governor Volodymyr Kohut reported the incident.
