**New Owner for Rike Jugs, Again!**
It’s been just a few months since Davit Khidasheli sold the Rike Jugs to LLC “Rike Dom”, but it seems that the property has changed hands once again. According to data from the Public Registry, on June 3, 2025, the owner of “Rike Dom” transferred the company to LLC “Macro Properties”.
**Who’s Behind Macro Properties?**
LLC “Macro Properties” was registered in April 2025, and its directors are Mikheil Tkeshelashvili and Ömer Kiracı. What’s interesting is that all shares in this company are fully owned by another entity, LLC “Macro Construction”, which was registered back in 2013. And guess what? “Macro Construction” is wholly owned by Turkish citizen Emin Uçar.
**A Complex Ownership Structure**
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a complex ownership structure involving multiple companies and individuals. In fact, just last month, it was reported that Davit Khidasheli had sold the Rike Jugs to LLC “Rike Dom”, which itself is owned by LLC “N.G.B”. The directors of “N.G.B” are Tornike Kopaliani, who also happens to be the owner and director.
**The State’s Efforts to Recover Money**
It’s worth noting that GLOBAL VICTORY TRUST, a company linked to Davit Khidasheli, purchased the Rike Jugs in March 2022 for a whopping 10,020,000 GEL. As part of the deal, they were required to invest an additional 20 million GEL by March 24, 2025, and set up a museum at the site. However, it seems that Khidasheli’s company has struggled to meet these obligations.
