**Israeli Missile Kills Toddler in Lebanon**
A Lebanese father has described the moment his toddler daughter was left with third-degree burns from an Israeli missile.
The incident happened during a strike by Israeli forces on a residential area of Beirut, which has been controlled by Hezbollah, an Iranian-backed Shia Islamist group, since 2000.
The father said that many homes were destroyed in the attack, and that the whole neighbourhood had been wiped out.
