The appellate court found that “Fair Elections”, which had filed three appeals, was not satisfied and ruled against the decision of the district court in Gori concerning the counting of invalid votes of 15 precincts. “Fair Elections” distributes the information.
On November 4, the Gori Court upheld the ISFED lawsuit regarding the recounting invalid ballots in fifteen precincts.
