**Court Fines Founder of “Daitove” Group**
A court in Georgia has found one of the founders of the group “Daitove”, Kristine Botkoveli, guilty of an administrative offense. She was fined 5,000 GEL.
The court’s decision stated that Botkoveli artificially blocked a roadway. The Ministry of Internal Affairs had accused her of this action.
Botkoveli claimed she had moved to the already blocked road from the sidewalk after a march arrived on-site. She is facing administrative accountability for blocking the road at a protest rally on January 26.
The court found Botkoveli guilty under Article 174-1, Part 4 of the Administrative Offenses Code.
