**Business Leaders Discuss Country’s Future**

Representatives from Georgia’s business sector met at the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace Hotel to discuss the country’s current situation and its impact on the economy.

According to businessman Temur Chkonia, the meeting was held because leaders want to know what the future holds for their country. He emphasized that the government does not care about sanctions, which is puzzling.

“We gathered here because we want to know our country’s bright future,” said Chkonia. “The formula ‘everything will be fine in 2030’ doesn’t work for us.”

Chkonia pointed out that economic growth of 6-7% was achieved by the business people present, not by those who often oppose them. He stressed that sanctions have a moral aspect and that no one should take pleasure in them.

The meeting is being held by Free Businesses, a platform that brings together representatives from different sectors to discuss pressing issues affecting Georgia’s economy. Business leaders are concerned about the country’s serious political situation and its potential impact on the economy.

They believe that dialogue with the government is necessary to stabilize the situation. If not, they warn that 2025 will be disastrous in terms of economic stability and strengthening.
