The decision was made by Judge Tamar Mchedlishvili.

Tedo Abramov was charged under Part 6 of Article 260 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to the acquisition, storage, or possession of a particularly large amount of narcotic substances.
This offense carries a penalty of 8 to 20 years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.
