Public defender: Our representatives visited 268 people at isolation centers and clinics. 191 citizens reported improper treatment. 138 people had visible wounds.

Public Defender: The police used excessive force during the arrest and detention of Aleko Elisashvili. He has bruises on his face and scratches that indicate a back injury as a result.

Public Defender: Law enforcement officers arrested anyone they could reach and abused detainees repeatedly in groups. There was a violation to the prohibition of torture and inhuman and humiliating treatment

Ombudsman: Representatives visited 11 people, 9 of whom had been detained. 2 couldn’t be interviewed because of multiple injuries. 9 cases of alleged mistreatment were identified. 3 of them concern journalists

Public Defender: I rely on the OSCE/ODIHR Report. Any other assessment on my part on how the elections were run would be incorrect since the Public Defender does not act as an observation organization
