**Students Extend Protest to 24 Hours**
Student protesters on Rustaveli Avenue have changed their strategy. Starting today, they will protest for 24 hours a day.
The students say that the government’s daily passage of repressive laws makes it necessary for them to stay in the streets all the time. They now plan to stay overnight on Rustaveli Avenue instead of going home and coming back in the morning.
This new approach means that student protesters will be present continuously, both in university foyers and on the street.
