**Student Column Marches Towards Novi Sad**
On Friday, a group of Belgrade University students continued their march to Novi Sad. They started in the New Belgrade area and walked through the city, stopping for 15 minutes of silence along the way.
As they marched, people from villages and suburbs cheered them on. The first big break was in Batajnica, where locals prepared a lot of food and gave out water, soft drinks, and sweets. They were also given something to sleep on at night.
**Support for Novi Sad Students**
The march is a show of support for students from Novi Sad University who are planning a protest on Saturday. On the same day, they will try to block three main bridges in their city for 24 hours.
**Long March Ahead**
The Belgrade students still have a long way to go – over 80 kilometers. They expect to arrive in Novi Sad in the evening, with stops in Cortanovci and Sremski Karlovci along the way. A group of cyclists is expected to join them later on Friday.
