**Israel Attacks Syrian City**
Syrian state media says Israel has attacked the city of Palmyra, killing at least 36 people and injuring 50.
The attacks targeted residential areas and an industrial area. A news agency called Sana said that Israeli jets came from the south, near the Jordanian border.
A group in the UK reported that 41 people were killed. They said the targets included a warehouse where weapons were stored and homes of families who support militia groups backed by Iran.
The Israeli military will not comment on this story.
