Vandals Target SNS Office in Subotica
On Monday night, eggs were thrown at the office of Serbia’s ruling party, the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), in a village outside the city of Subotica.
The SNS said that around 40 people from the opposition were involved in the attack. The party condemned the act as a form of vandalism and an attempt to disrupt the community.
The incident has been attributed by the SNS to an atmosphere of violence created by the opposition’s efforts to take power.
