As Papuashvili noted, according to the investigation, the explosive substance was headed to a specific address in Avlabari, adding that “Avlabari is not Russia.”
Papuashvili also stated that the “hexogen” passed through half of the European Union without anyone stopping it.
In his view, Ukraine’s special services were ready to “blow Tbilisi into the air.”
“First of all, we need to see the logic and chain of events. This is not the first time that Ukraine’s special services have been involved in various special operations in Georgia ahead of elections. Let me remind you of the 2017 elections with Givi Targamadze’s explosion – it was confirmed to have been organized by Ukrainian special services. Let me remind you of the 2021 elections when Mikheil Saakashvili was smuggled into Georgia by Ukrainian special services, which is confirmed. Let me remind you of the previous incident of bringing in explosive materials, which our law enforcement also discovered, and the fact that is happening ahead of these elections.
