Georgia’s fifth President, Salome Zurabishvili, responds to a post by U.S. Congressman Joe Wilson, in which he criticizes the “Georgian Dream” government, stating that embracing Communist China, Iran, and Russia while insulting America is a one-way ticket to isolation.
“Georgia’s newly appointed, so-called Interior Minister’s first visit is taking place in China, where he is meeting his Belarusian counterpart, who is under sanctions. What better demonstration could there be!” Zurabishvili writes.
As a reminder, the U.S. Congressman published a post on the social network X, stating that his proposed amendment on the “non-recognition of the Georgian nightmare” was adopted for inclusion in the State Department Authorization Act. “Embracing Communist China, Iran, and Russia while insulting America is a one-way ticket to isolation,” Wilson writes.
