We are dealing with a very simple pre-election PR in the form of the Tsulukiani Commission – this corrupt political force is trying to mobilize the remaining small number of voters, – the political secretary of Lelo-Strong Georgia, Salome Samadashvili, said while responding to the statement of the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, the Chairperson of the Temporary Investigative Commission, Tea Tsulukiani, that they have decided to use the conclusion of the Investigative Commission as the basis for initiating appropriate legal procedures in the Constitutional Court, “the goal of which will be to ban the political activities of the National Movement and its members.
According to him, “people who are suffering from high prices, low wages and lack of prospects, instead of these problems, will be given “anti- National Movement” propaganda for the next election.”
“We are dealing with a very simple pre-election PR, in the form of the Tsulukiani Commission. The Georgian Dream has robbed the Georgian people for 14 years, as a result of unimaginable corruption, the ruling elite of the Georgian Dream has become rich and the Georgian people have become poor. These people, who are suffering from high prices, low salaries and lack of prospects, instead of these problems, will once again get the “anti-National Movement” propaganda, which is used as a pre-election tool, in order to mobilize the few voters who still remain for this corrupt political force that plunders the Georgian people,” said Salome Samadashvili.
For information, according to the statement of the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament Tea Tsulukiani, the parliamentary majority and the Georgian Dream have decided to use the conclusion of the investigative commission [the Temporary Investigative Commission of the Parliament of Georgia, which is studying the activities of the regime in force in 2003-2012, political officials of this regime and current and former officials united in political parties from 2003 to the present] as the basis for initiating relevant legal procedures in the Constitutional Court, the aim of which will be to ban the political activities of the National Movement and its members.
