**Russia to Talk with Elon Musk**
Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of Russia’s Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), says Russia will meet with US billionaire and Donald Trump ally Elon Musk in the near future. This comes as relations between the US and Russia warm up.
Dmitriev expects a conversation about space travel and the “future of humanity.” Musk is known for his SpaceX company, which plans to send people to Mars by 2026.
Russia also wants to work with Musk on developing its own space agency, Roscosmos, and nuclear energy company Rosatom.
This news comes as Trump prepares to call Russian President Vladimir Putin about a ceasefire in Ukraine. The US hopes to boost economic cooperation with Russia.
