**Russia Launches Massive Attack on Vinnytsia, 8 Injured**
On the night of July 16, Russia launched a massive attack on Vinnytsia, a city in Ukraine. The attack resulted in hits on industrial and civilian infrastructure facilities, with 8 people injured.
According to Natalia Zabolotna, Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, the enemy strike hit civilian infrastructure facilities. The attack also targeted industrial infrastructure facilities. Zabolotna reported that a fire at one site was contained, while firefighters continued to work on extinguishing another blaze. In addition, four residential houses were damaged in the Vinnytsia region, with one house sustaining significant damage.

Zablotna stated that a total of 28 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) attacked the Vinnytsia region today, with approximately 18 targets destroyed. This number indicates the scale and severity of the attack.
**Update: Increased Injuries, Damaged Houses**
Later in the day, the State Emergency Service (DSNS) announced that the number of injured had risen to 8 people who were hospitalized due to the Russian UAV attack on Vinnytsia region. The DSNS also reported that two civilian industrial facilities were hit, causing large-scale fires. As of 8:00 AM, one fire had been extinguished, and work continued at the other site.
**Private Houses Damaged**
During a midday national news marathon, it was reported that 18 private houses in the Vinnytsia region were damaged in total. Zablotna stated that there are 2 houses that were severely destroyed, while the rest have varying degrees of damage.
