We urge everyone to control their rhetoric to the maximum so they don’t end up where some people already have, said Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze to journalists in response to a question about the rally announced for October 4.
According to Kobakhidze, there will be a legal response to any violation of the law, including at the level of rhetoric.
“I want to repeat one thing again: they have gotten used to disrespecting our state. We will not give anyone that opportunity. As I mentioned, regarding corruption, organized crime, drug-related crimes, and politically motivated crimes, we have far more opportunities today to enforce the law with full severity. Therefore, we urge everyone to control their rhetoric to the maximum so they don’t end up where some people already have, because the interests of the state must be fully protected. A person cannot simply violate the law like that. Wherever we see a violation of the law, including at the level of rhetoric, there will be an appropriate response,” Kobakhidze stated.
