**EU Will Not Tolerate Violence in Georgia**
The European Union will not accept violence and intimidation in Georgia, said the EU Ambassador to Georgia, Paweł Herczyński. He stated that the EU cannot tolerate these actions, which have been ongoing for almost three months.
Herczyński emphasized that the EU is working on sanctions for those responsible for human rights violations in Georgia. However, he pointed out that imposing sanctions requires unanimity among all 27 EU member states. Unfortunately, this unanimity does not exist at present.
The EU Ambassador mentioned that there are individuals who have been singled out as being responsible for violence against peaceful demonstrators in Georgia. Some EU member states are considering putting these individuals on a sanctions list. However, Herczyński noted that the imposition of sanctions requires unanimity among all 27 member states, which is not currently available.
