The document also mentions that she has psycho-emotional lability – a symptom that is not a medical diagnosis and has no connection to sanity or mental competence.

PHR has also addressed the misinformation spread by Imedi TV, which claimed that Nino Datashvili’s medical records refer to psychological instability. However, PHR maintains that there are no such references in her medical documents.

“This situation is part of a deliberate campaign against activists,” said PHR in their statement. “The use of such an extremely unlawful method could be applied to anyone, because emotional lability can occur in any person under certain external conditions.”
