**Civilians Suffer as Russian Attacks Continue in Ukraine**
The situation on the ground in Ukraine remains dire, with at least seven civilians losing their lives and 13 others injured over the past day. Regional authorities reported the tragic toll, highlighting the devastating impact of ongoing Russian aggression.
In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, a region that has been severely affected by the conflict, three people were killed in the Stepnohirsk community. The local military administration reported an astonishing 405 strikes launched by Russian forces across 10 localities in the past day alone. This brutal onslaught underscores the immense challenge facing Ukraine’s military as they strive to protect their citizens.
The city of Kherson, located in Kherson Oblast, was also targeted by Russian forces. Governor Oleksandr Prokudin revealed that two people were killed and five others injured as a result of the attacks. Dnipropetrovsk Oblast also saw civilian casualties, with Russian FPV drones and artillery attacking the Nikopol district. Two women, aged 40 and 46, were injured, along with a four-month-old girl, as reported by Governor Serhii Lysak.
