The United National Movement was, is and will be a supporter of the consolidation of democratic political forces against the Ivanishvili regime and will continue to engage with all democratic forces, except for certain individuals whose actions exceed all ethical norms, – reads the statement of the United National Movement.
As the statement states, socio-political unity is necessary for victory, “any attempt to divide and confront society is beneficial for Ivanishvili.”
“The delegitimization of the Russian special operation of October 4, called local elections, by not participating in it, was an important political task, which the eight political parties supporting non-cooperation clearly expressed with a unified position and actions. This common goal of ours has been achieved, and the lion’s share of this goes to the United National Movement.
As for future cooperation, the United National Movement was, is and will be a supporter of the consolidation of democratic political forces against the Ivanishvili regime and will continue to engage with all democratic forces, except for certain individuals whose actions exceed all ethical norms. Today, the fate of the country, along with the international isolation of the regime, will be decided by street protests. Therefore, the United National Movement continues to fight and mobilize supporters for the rallies of September 13, September 27, and October 4. All protest dates are the battle lines along which Georgia’s victory will pass.
