US Lawmaker Reacts to Sanctions on Georgian Businessman
Michael McCaul, a US congressman, has spoken out about the sanctions imposed on Bidzina Ivanishvili. Ivanishvili is the honorary chairman of the political party Georgian Dream.
McCaul says these sanctions are long overdue. He believes Ivanishvili and his party should be held accountable for taking Georgia away from its democratic path and towards autocracy.
