“Do not be afraid of anything! I was expecting to be arrested,” said Levan Khabeishvili, Chairman of the Political Council of the “United National Movement,” during his arrest.
According to him, the State Security Service and its head, Mamuka Mdinaradze, are simply carrying out orders.
“Friends, you must understand that the State Security Service is carrying out the orders given to Mdinaradze. Do not be afraid of anything, because the power lies with the Georgian people. Do not fear anything — I was expecting this, and they plan to arrest me. They are arresting me because, apparently, one person, Khabeishvili, is capable of defeating Ivanishvili. You can defeat Ivanishvili, you can defeat this regime,” said Khabeishvili.
Levan Khabeishvili, Chairman of the Political Council of the “United National Movement,” was arrested a short while ago.
The corresponding footage was released by “Formula” TV’s director, Misha Mshvildadze. According to him, Khabeishvili’s arrest took place near the “Formula” TV company.
