**Hostages and Prisoners Freed in Ceasefire Deal**
Five Palestinian prisoners were taken to hospital after being released from Israeli custody. They were among the 36 Palestinians who had been serving life sentences.
A ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas has led to the release of many hostages. However, not all have been freed yet. Eight of the six Israelis still held by Hamas are reported to be dead. This means that only six living Israelis will be returned in the first phase.
A total of 141 people have now been released from captivity. These include 81 Israelis and 24 foreign nationals who were previously released as part of a deal between Israel and Hamas.
