The election headquarters of the “Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia” mayoral candidate has officially opened, according to information released by “Georgian Dream.”
The election headquarters was opened by the mayoral candidate himself, incumbent Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, together with Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili.
During his speech, Kakha Kaladze expressed gratitude to the residents of Tbilisi and the ruling political team for their support and solidarity.
“I want to thank the Prime Minister, the chairman of our party, for the support and solidarity he shows toward the projects being implemented in our city. Without this support, it would be impossible to talk about the city’s development. I am confident and believe that, with our united efforts, we will be able to address all the challenges facing not only the capital but the country as a whole in a dignified manner. With our unity and shared spirit, we will undoubtedly overcome all challenges,” Kaladze stated.
The mayoral candidate introduced Levan Machavariani as the head of the election headquarters, noting that the headquarters will be a place where any Tbilisian can share their ideas.
“Of course, everything needs a leader. Therefore, I want to introduce Levan Machavariani as the head of the headquarters, someone you all know well. He is our comrade-in-arms, a member of our team, a dignified person, and has been actively involved in electoral processes all this time. Naturally, he enjoys great trust from our team. He has taken on immense responsibility to ensure we win in the first round and conclude the elections. In this highly responsible situation, the support of all of us for Levan Machavariani and our team is very important. I wish Levan success,” Kaladze noted.
The Tbilisi Mayor stated that “Georgian Dream” is the only political team capable of maintaining long-term peace in the country.
“I am confident that together we will surely win, because ‘Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia’ is the only team that can realistically maintain and establish long-term peace in the country. Peace brings development, progress, and prosperity. It’s impossible otherwise. We must not allow anyone to use our small, beautiful homeland to pursue their own interests, thereby damaging the current situation and the country’s future,” the mayor noted.
The opening of the election headquarters of the “Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia” mayoral candidate was attended by Kakha Kaladze’s teammates, supporters, as well as representatives from the business, sports, and cultural sectors.
