I was also expecting this decision, that they would not come, – Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze answered journalists’ questions regarding the OSCE/ODIHR decision, according to which they will not be able to send an observation mission to the local self-government elections.
As Kaladze noted, he understands this decision of the organization.
“To be honest, I was also expecting this decision, that they would not come. Especially considering how their final conclusion and assessment of the parliamentary elections were treated. It was trampled and not only by agents inside the country, but also by those evil forces outside the country that are fighting the Georgian state and the Georgian people. I understand this organization – they do not want to get involved in this filth again,” – Kaladze said.
