“Do you think the country is governed by my wishes and demands?” Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze responded to a journalist’s question about whether it is his desire or demand to detain opposition leader Elene Khoshtaria for damaging his election banner.
According to Kaladze, calling Elene Khoshtaria a politician is a bit of an overstatement.
“There are laws in the country, and everyone must kindly respect and abide by them.
Calling her a politician is a bit of an overstatement [regarding Elene Khoshtaria], but laws exist, and everyone must kindly respect and abide by them,” Kaladze stated.
