**Georgian Government Stands Firm on Elections**
The Secretary General of the Georgian Dream, Kakha Kaladze, has responded to concerns about upcoming elections. He says that local self-government elections will be held soon, and people are free to participate.
Kaladze said that holding elections is not a problem for the government. In fact, he’s confident that new local self-government elections will take place in a few months. The President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, will schedule these elections.
**Parliamentary Elections Will Proceed as Planned**
Regarding parliamentary elections, Kaladze is clear: they will be held at the time established by law – in 2028. He dismissed concerns about early elections, saying that any claims of holding them sooner are “absurd and complete nonsense”.
Kaladze also emphasized the importance of peaceful protests and gatherings. He said that people have the right to express their opinions on Rustaveli, as long as they do so peacefully.
