According to a decision of the Tetritskaro District Court, the results of approximately 30 precincts of Tsalka-Tetritskaro municipalities have been annulled.
Judge Vladimer Khuchua took the relevant decision.
During the simulation of voting today in the meeting room, the court confirmed to “InterpressNews” that the secrecy surrounding the will of the voter was violated.
“Everything requested from the non-governmental organisations was cancelled.” There were approximately 30 polling stations. The court confirmed that confidentiality had been violated,” the Judge told “InterpressNews”.
