I have the opportunity to talk with European leaders about our national interests, our visions on how to move forward in the direction of European integration, which is one of the main priorities of our foreign policy, – Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told Georgian journalists in Copenhagen, the capital of the Kingdom of Denmark.
According to the Head of Government, the topic of the discussion held within the framework of the 7th EPC conference with his participation will be economy and European economic interests, including connectivity, in which direction, according to the Prime Minister, Georgia has great potential.
“It is a very important format, within the framework of which I have the opportunity to talk with European leaders. Yesterday, we had the opportunity to talk with a number of leaders at dinner, and everywhere we talk, of course, about our national interests, our visions on how to move forward in the direction of European integration, which is one of the main priorities of our foreign policy. Yesterday, we had an interesting exchange of views and ideas with European leaders, and we will actively use this format today as well in order to talk about our national interests with our European partners as much as possible. Within the framework of the 7th EPC conference, I will participate in a discussion, the topic of which is the economy and the economic interests of Europe, including in terms of connectivity, in terms of minerals, and you know that Georgia has very serious potential in this direction. Including, serious transit potential, and we will talk about this with our European partners,” the Prime Minister said.
