**Georgia and Armenia Strengthen Cooperation**
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, has said that close cooperation is very important for his country. He made this statement at the 14th session of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation between Georgia and Armenia.

Mr. Kobakhidze noted that the relations, partnership, and friendship between Georgia and Armenia have a solid historical foundation. This means that their connection goes back thousands of years. The Prime Minister also talked about improving the investment environment in Georgia. He said that last year, Armenian investments in Georgia increased by almost 40%. This shows that Georgia is an attractive country for Armenian investors. Mr. Kobakhidze emphasized that his government will continue to work on making the business environment more favorable for foreign investors, including those from Armenia.
