The country of Georgia has seen significant economic growth, according to the Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. He reported that the average economic growth was 9.7% from 2021-2023.

This year, Georgia’s economy grew by 9.5%, a strong performance according to preliminary estimates. Mr. Kobakhidze said that this puts Georgia ahead of other countries in the region and Europe when it comes to economic growth in the medium term.

**Investment and Tourism Soar**

Georgia is also attracting a lot of foreign investment, with a high ratio compared to its GDP. In 2024, exports of goods increased by 7.8% and tourism revenues reached a new record high of $4.4 billion, up 7.3%.

The country’s low inflation rate is another sign of economic stability, according to Mr. Kobakhidze.
