According to him, Gharibashvili agrees with the charges in the part related to his receipt of illegal income.
“We made it clear during the trial that Mr. Irakli pleads guilty, agrees with the charges in the part related to his receipt of illegal income, which relates to the period when he was engaged in business in the private sector and the subsequent period when he held a high political position,” the lawyer said.
